Refund policy

All items are final sales, the only exceptions for returns/refunds is if the product arrive damaged or broken. If so, please send an email at crybabystudio.ceramics@gmail.com, then we will replace or refund. Please note that we have 4 days open window if the product arrive damaged or not.
