Microwave/ Dishwasher safe?

All pieces are microwave/dishwasher safe. HOWEVER! I do recommend hand-washing pieces and keeping microwave time minimum so that they can last longer :)

Returns / Refunds

All pieces are final sales. As a small business, I’m currently unable to process returns or refunds. I kindly ask for your understanding—handling returns for changes of mind adds significant time and cost that I’m not equipped to absorb at this stage. Damaged / Broken Item

If your item arrives damaged, please email me at crybabystudio.ceramics@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include a clear photo of the damaged item. Once received, I’ll arrange for a replacement to be sent within 1–3 weeks, depending on inventory availability.

Stolen / Lost Package?

Tracking numbers are provided upon purchase. Efforts will be made to locate and potentially recover lost packages. HOWEVER! Crybaby Studio is not liable for lost or stolen items.
